Questions before joining? Ask about your workflow, data export or current service availability. Customer stories will be published only with permission.
Security and data ownership
- Accounts use verified sign-in. Optional authenticator codes are available in Settings. Team roles and business access are checked on the server.
- Export your workspace records and reports. Private files and branch data require their separate export and recovery tools.
- Offline records stay on the device. Use a screen lock, avoid shared devices, and synchronize before signing out.
- Private case files use encrypted, owner-scoped storage where configured. This does not mean every local record is encrypted or that staff file sharing is available.
- No medical records or PHI. Healthcare and insurance categories support general business administration only. No BAA or SOC 2 certification is claimed.
Connections: current scope
- Payments: Stripe sandbox checkout and subscription handling. Production charging and subscriber activation remain gated.
- Email: approved recipient testing only. Automated subscriber delivery is not generally activated.
- Messaging, AI and calendar: separate activation is required. Choosing a plan does not connect these services.
- Accounting tools: CSV import and export are available; automatic QuickBooks or Xero synchronization is not connected. Square and PayPal are not connected.
Reliability evidence and remaining checks
- Automated regression checks cover financial calculations, business isolation, trial limits, offline conflicts and workflow models. Component tests do not establish a production track record.
- Database restore drills do not prove full hosting recovery. Authentication, files, secrets and an independent hosting restore still require verification.
- Physical-phone performance, production delivery and live subscription activation remain acceptance checks. No historical uptime percentage or response-time SLA is promised.
